mind from anxiety and stress, meditation with music is also a way to focus on positive things in life .

the positive impact of gratitude on one’s life is that it makes it difficult to feel depressed or sorry for oneself.
Notice good things in life. Practice gratitude to overcome temporary emotional states, transform what’s scarce into abundance, and change your perspective of the world.

Stay Spiritual

Protein, rich in amino acids, helps regulate mood and is essential for maintaining mood.
