Miley Cyrus shrieks “I just won my first Grammy”
Miley Cyrus took home her first Grammy for best pop solo performance for her song, Flowers which was released on January 12, 2023. She was given the award by Mariah Carey, whom Miley insisted on staying next to her throughout her hearty acceptance speech. She stated, “This MC is going to stand by this MC, this is just too iconic.” Following that she presented her song, Flowers. In the middle of her performance, she expressed her happiness as she cried out, ‘I just won my first Grammy’ in between the lyrics.

Taylor Swift undoubtedly knows what her fans desire. The 34-year-old pop singer stunned the audience with the announcement of her upcoming album during her acceptance speech. After garnering her 13th Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album, she announced her revealed that her new album is coming up on April 19. Taylor shared that she wanted to thank the members of the Recording Academy and further went on to thank her fans for voting. She informed her fans about her upcoming album, The Tortured Poets Department which will be released on April 19 as a gift for voting for her. She promised to post the cover of her new album on her social media right after getting off the stage.
Stevie Wonder’s sincere tribute to late friend Tony Bennett
Steve Wonder paid a sincere homage to his late friend, Tony Bennett. He stepped in for a yearly tribute part to pay tribute to his deceased friend who passed away on July 2023 at the age of 96. “I remember hearing Tony Bennett singing ‘For Once in My Life’ when I was like 13 or 14 years old. But what’s amazing is I was able to actually sing the song with someone that I admired for so long, not just because of his voice, which was incredible, but because of his art, his love for art, his love for peace, his love for unity, and his love for civil rights,” Steve stated.
