Rajkumar Hirani was born on 20 November 1962 at Nagpur ( Maharastra ). He Completed his Schooling in Nagpur. His Uncle wanted to make him a Charted Accountant ( CA ). He went to his father and his father said that you don’t have to do it, You can do whatever you want. He did not succeed to get admission in Direction so he thought to take admission in Editing.
He spend three year in Film Institute. He learnt so many things and also learn to think from different perspectives. He make a short 5 minute film and got praised for it. The story of the movie was based on Russian playwriter “ Anton Chekhov ”. He also have regret that he was not able to learn Story Telling and Script Writing in the Institute.
Rajkumar Hirani reached Mumbai around 1990. He struggle at first and took a job at 1200 per month. He took this job just to increase his Connections.
