Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna, falls on August 26, 2024. Many Bollywood stars like Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, and others took to social media to wish their followers and share heartfelt wishes.
Actor Varun Dhawan who has recently signed up for his upcoming film “Border 2” posted a photo of Lord Krishna on Instagram stories along with putting up a message which said, “Happy Janmashtami”.
Arjun Kapoor, who is all set to star in the upcoming film Singham Again, posted an animated video of himself breaking a dahi handi. He captioned it, “Happy Janmashtami.”
Parineeti Chopra shared a warm message that read, “On this special day, may Lord Krishna’s blessings be upon you and your family. May his love fill your heart with peace and joy.” Happy Janmashtami to all of you.
It was learnt that Lord Krishna appeared on Shraddha Kapoor’s Stories, besides the horror-comedy Stree 2 which has been smashing box office records. “Kanha has come to steal butter, best wishes for Janmashtami,” the writer said. “Maakhan churane aaye hain Kanha, Janmashtami ki dher saari shubhkamnayein.”
Sanjay Dutt and Anil Kapoor also joined in the festivities by wishing one and all a very happy Janmashtami from their stories.

Recently, Tamannaah Bhatia, who dazzled everyone with her little presence in Stree 2, shared a heartfelt greeting on the occasion. Jacky Baghnani and Rakul Preet Singh also showed their presence through instagram in the festivity.
Anupam Kher sent a video on his Instagram to convey his best wishes.
