Delhi pollution: Kejriwal calls a high-ranking meeting to’ check’ air pollution. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has called a high- position meeting moment amid poisonous air quality. The meeting is planned to be held in the Delhi Secretariat at noon. Delhi government has banned the entry of light marketable vehicles registered outside Delhi, other than electric vehicles, CNG, and BS VI- biddable vehicles, except those carrying essential goods. The megacity government has also ordered a ban on unnecessary construction work and specific orders of contaminating vehicles.

The Commission for Air Quality Management( CAQM) on Sunday invoked stage IV of the slanted action response plan( GRAP), paving the way for fresh anti-pollution checks.
According to the 8- point action plan, there will be a ban on entry of truck business into Delhi( except for exchanges carrying essential goods, furnishing essential services and all LNG/ CNG/ electric exchanges). Also, a ban will be assessed on the plying of Delhi- registered diesel- operated Medium Goods Vehicles( MGVs) and Heavy Goods Vehicles( HGVs) in Delhi, except those carrying essential goods furnishing essential services.
