After a string of box office hits with “Raksha Bandhan,” “Bachchhan Paandey,” “Samrat Prithviraj,” “Mission Raniganj,” “Ram Setu,” “Selfiee,” “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” and the most recent film, “Sarfira,” the Khiladi of the Hindi film industry, “Akshay Kumar,” has been going through a difficult period.
Recognized as “Akki,” Akshay Kumar is well-known for producing four to five films a year that other performers are unable to. He can complete filming in a timely manner by adhering to a strict schedule since he is always on time on sets.
This year, Akki has already released two films: Sarfira and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. And the upcoming month will see the release of his latest film, Khel Khel Mein.
Akshay chit-chats with Ghazal Alagh.
During the promotional tour for his film Sarfira, Akshay Kumar spoke with Ghazal Alagh, the founder of Mama Earth and an entrepreneur. The actor discussed his profession throughout the talk, and he also inquired about Ghazal’s response to remarks made by others questioning why she works so hard.
Akshay continued by saying that he also receives similar feedback, with many asking him to focus on only one movie instead of four films a year.During the discussion with Ghazal, Akshay stated: “Trollers mere liye kehte hain, ye 4 movie kyu hi karta hai, jab ek bhi hit nahi de sakta. Ise 1 saal me 1 film karni chahiye. Are bhai, 1 saal lamba hota hai, baaki din kya karu? Tumhare ghar aau khane par?”
“People ask me why he makes four films a year since not a single one gets a hit. He needs to only work on one movie.” Now that if I’ve completed one film, what will I do with the remaining days, There are 365 days in a year. Should I visit your residence?”
He went on to add, “meine kai logon ko yeh tippani karte suna hai ki ye actors itna kaam kyu karte hain, inhe kya zarurat hai, jab yeh ek hi movie se acha khasa kama lete hain, ki maze se poore saal ghum sakte hain.”
Are bhai, yaad rakhna kaam har kisi ko nahi milta, bahut log berozgari se nikal bhi nahi paa rahe. Jo aaj aanand lete hain, vo kal berozgari ka samna karte hain. Ab mujhe kaam mil raha hai, tou karne do nah.
“I have heard many people commenting that why do actors do a lot of work (gym, shoots, concerts, promotions, back-to-back movies, travel for work-shoots), Why just enjoy the money they earn with just one film, That’s quite a good amount to enjoy 365 days?”
“I want them to just recall that individuals who obtain employment are fortunate. Here, one hears daily reports of unemployment, this and that occurring, etc. Let someone work if they are receiving compensation. I’m lucky enough to get work; what’s your goes, Let me do.”

Akki opens up about his back-to-back failures.
The actor discussed having a run of bad films in his latest conversation with Forbes, saying that a lot more blood, sweat, and emotion go into making every movie. It is devastating to watch a movie fail. But you must develop the ability to see the bright side. Every setback makes you realise how important success is and makes you crave it even more.
Fortunately, I had experience dealing with it early in my career. Naturally, it hurts and affects you, but it won’t make the movie any different. It’s not something you can control, but you can work harder, make apologies, and put your all into your upcoming movie. I attempt to channel my energy in this way, concentrating it where it counts most, then going on to the next.
