In the Episode 8 of Koffee With Karan, actress Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor graced the coffee couch with their appearance. From movie career to ‘Toxic’ husband to Deepika Padukone as competition, a lot of spicy questions were asked and discussed.

In this episode Alia Bhatt addressed the ‘Wipe it Off’ issue and cleared the audience how Ranbir is portrayed as the opposite of the real person, husband and father he is. Alia reflected on her actions and words and said how the she has a candid way of talking. While she talks about anything in her life, she likes to imitate the person and this was the start of that lipstick fiasco.
In August, Alia Bhatt was featured in Vogue India’s one beauty tutorial video. While filming that video the actress revealed that her husband doesn’t like her wearing lipstick and asks her to wipe it off whenever she wears one. She said Ranbir likes the natural colour of her lips. But this part of the video went viral on the internet, slamming Ranbir and calling him ‘Toxic’. In this episode of Koffee With Karan, Alia finally opened up on this issue and said that when this controversy happened her team said that this thing is going out of hand now and she was also like let it be. According to Alia, people pick things out of context and there are many issues around us which need more attention.

Alia revealed how she feels bad because Ranbir is totally opposite of what he is portrayed. But she can’t say anything on this. Ranbir said to Alia that the audience owns her and they can say or comment whatever about them and she can’t complain about it from her Bandra apartment until her movies are doing good in the theaters.
The episodes of Koffee with Karan are incomplete without his ‘Controversial questions’. Karan asked both Alia and Kareena about being insecure because of their husbands’ work and vice versa. Kareena has been in a marriage for more than 11 years while Alia got married to Ranbir Kapoor last year. Alia commented with ” Chhi Chhi Chhi” (eww) and the actress said that this is all just page 3 talk and these discussions exist in reddit only. She commented how before marrying an actor, she was married to a human being. Alia cut Karan off by saying that they are talking too much about the husbands and they should talk about her now.
Alia replied to the trollers with a positive approach by saying, “Hi this is Alia Bhatt. If whatever they are doing is going to make them feel better then please go ahead and leave a message after the beep.” The actress said that the misconceptions don’t bother her .
Alia Bhatt was recently seen on Karan Johar’s , Rocky Rani ki Prem Kahaani starring Ranveer Singh as main lead along with stars like other stars like Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan, Churni Ganguly, Aamir Bashir and Tota Roy Chowdhury. This film was a hit and was loved by the audience.
Ranbir Kapoor’s next upcoming project is Animal directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. This thriller movie is packed with a lot of action and is starring Rashmika Mandana, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. Animal is going to be released on December 1 in the theatres.
