Allahabad High Court granted the appointment of an advocate commissioner to survey Shahi Idgah mosque in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The high court gave permission to be supervised under court’s eyes to the mosque adjacent to Shri Krishna Janambhoomi temple in the city. The advocate Commissioner is going to be responsible for this survey which was filed by some Hindu petitioners who claim before the mosque there was a Hindu temple first. In the next hearing on 18th Dec, where it will discuss survey procedure.Likewise, the survey will be examined the same as Gyanvapi Temple in Varanasi. The High Court gave our file permission for survey of this mosque by the advocate and the method or procedure will be handled on Dec 18 and spoken by Vishu Shankar Jain, Hindu side lawyer.The lawyer said that some parts of the mosque showed the artifacts of Hindu Temple to be known on the actual position in which a commissioner is needed. Allahabad Court has put a judgment in safe on Nov 19 which Hindu side applied which moved forward by appointing Commissioner to see further. The file petition also mentioned that the land is a place of worship that is Shri Krishna Janambhoomi temple for Hindus.It’s also been claimed that the Mosque was built during Aurangzeb time on temple land. Years back, destroyed the mosque which was built in 1669-70 under Emperorship Aurangzeb on 13.37 acres site of Katra Keshav Dev Temple close to birthplace of Lord Krishna.Allahabad Court has moved all the religious cases which are pending in Mathura Court on May 26 that related to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi – Shahi Idgah mosque clash.The Hindu side also went to the Supreme Court regarding the scientific survey of Krishna Janmabhoomi – Shahi Idgah mosque site on Aug 14. On Nov 10, Supreme Court registered them regarding Mathura’s Krishna Janmabhoomi land dispute for more hearing on Jan 9,2024. The court wanted to hear from both sides of their story regarding this matter. In all 18 suits were filed by different petitioners who wanted to remove the mosque which was built on Hindu Temple. The petitioners demand that the High Court grant an order that the UP Sunni Central Waqf Board and the Shahi Idgah mosque Committee” to remove the construction raised by them encroaching upon the land” in dispute. The case also asks the court to direct 2 parties to hand over the land to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust for the time period.The case also saw an order restraining the Waqf Board and the mosque Committee and their representative to not give permission onto the sites of Katra Keshav Dev Temple and Mathura.By the Hindu side it is specified that during the time period of Aurangzeb, he demolished many Hindu Temples all over India and set up the mosque in that given place like the Babri Masjid one and Varanasi one.The Mathura case is similar to the Gyanvapi Case as the shivling as a proof and premises or land of Hindu Temple and remove the mosque.
