Rahul Gandhi received an exuberant welcome from his supporters and party members when he reached the airport at Jammu and Kashmir yesterday evening. He is visiting the place for two days with Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Hurricane Ernesto is expected to hit Bermuda this weekend after having trashed Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands on Wednesday. The hurricane will likely leave minacious flooding and perilous winds in its wake after passing over or near Bermuda on Saturday morning. In a cross- border incursion on Tuesday, Ukraine attacked the Kursk region of Russia. This move is unprecedented as this is the biggest attack made by Ukraine on Russia since the Russia- Ukraine war began in February, 2022.
