Allahabad High Court granted the appointment of an advocate commissioner to survey Shahi Idgah mosque in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The high court gave permission to be supervised under court’s eyes to the mosque adjacent to Shri Krishna Janambhoomi temple in the city. The advocate Commissioner is going to be responsible for this survey which was filed by some Hindu petitioners who claim before the mosque there was a Hindu temple first.
