Bigg Boss OTT Season 3, which was anchored by Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor, concluded on Friday night in Mumbai with a grand finale. Sana Makbul was the center of attention; she won and received a ₹25 lakh cash reward. Like previous Bigg Boss seasons, there was plenty of controversy and passionate debate around the finale.
Renowned participant Ranvir Shorey expressed his opinions and feelings after the winner was revealed in a very public manner. Shorey discussed the motivations behind his Bigg Boss participation in an open interview. He disclosed that his personal circumstances played a role in his decision to participate in the show. With his son on the road and his employment prospects decreasing, Shorey considered Bigg Boss as a feasible.Shorey voiced his feelings about Sana Makbul, the winner, without holding back.
He questioned the focus on social media following and voiced doubt about the requirements for continuing on the show. “If the only criteria for being on the show is social media following, then it’s better to just give the trophy to the one with the most followers,” said Ranvir Shorey. “Otherwise, usse achha yeh hai ke jiski sabse zyada social media following hai usko seedha trophy de do.” His irritation with what he saw as an inadequate selection procedure was made clear by this statement. Shorey expanded on his opinions in an interview with Nawaz Kochra, calling the performance surprising and criticizing Sana Makbul as undeserving winner
He said that one of his biggest weaknesses was being really honest about the Bigg Boss voting process. Shorey acknowledged his strong beliefs, but he was proud of himself for reaching the final three, which he thought was a noteworthy accomplishment.
Though this was not Shorey’s first venture into reality TV, he noted that it brought some different problems in his reflections on the event. He was to live with 15 other contestants whom he never met before in his life and were like complete strangers and spend 42 days apart from his family in order to participate in the show. He shared it was quite challenging and intense, which was very different from what he had experienced on reality shows before.
It’s interesting to note that Ranvir Shorey did not consider himself the most worthy winner, despite his criticisms. He thought Armaan Malik would have been a better option instead. Shorey suggested that Malik was a better prospect for the victory because of his brilliance and his courteous manner with Rohit Shorey.
tAs Bigg Boss OTT came to a conclusion, Ranvir Shorey turned his focus to the future. The release of the teaser for his upcoming movie, in which he plays a supporting role in the detective series “Shekhar Home,” has generated excitement. Shorey is eager to take advantage of any chances that this performance may present as he starts a new phase of his acting career. He can’t wait to see his son and go home since he believes that being a part of Bigg Boss will open up new opportunities for him in the entertainment business. He also mentioned about his upcoming projects in Bollywood which are yet to be released.
In conclusion, despite the obstacles he faced on Bigg Boss OTT, both emotionally and professionally, Ranvir Shorey is still upbeat about the future. In the next months, his career will undoubtedly be impacted by his experiences on the show and his upcoming projects.
