Bizarre Incident – Monkeys saved 1 minor from being raped

An astonishing incident came to the light when the parent of a minor lodged a case under Pocso act for the accused.

On this Saturday, in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh a man took a girl aged 6 years with the intention of assaulting her. The victim is reported to be a student of UKG.

In the afternoon, when almost all the neighbors were enjoying their mid-day nap the girl was kidnapped by the accused while she was playing outside her house.

In a report by ToI, parents of the minor highlighted that the man is visible in the CCTV footage, which is installed beside their houseThe man took off all the clothes of the girl after getting to an abandoned place where no one could hinder and caught him red-handed. 

.No single person was at the crime scene who can became the eye witnesses for the case.

When the minor tried to escape he even gave a death threat to her. Before engaging in any type of assault, the accused was taken away by a group of monkeys who were rushing towards him.The victim came back home by herself and she said “monkeys saved me”.The parents were shocked and felt a sense of being fortunate at the same time when their daughter was recalling each and every detail.

Currently, the accused has not been detained by the police and the investigation for more details and evidence is under progress, said the head of Baghpat circle. According to the police, the case against the unidentified man includes (BNS)Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita section 74 and section 76 also the charges are maintained under the pocso act.

Yet there are a lot of loop holes which must be clearly analyzed by the officials.
