CBMAK filed a case against them

The Cricket Bat Manufacturers Association of Kashmir (CBMAK) has filed a lawsuit against Sony Pictures Networks and Tramboo Sports for falsely claiming to be the exclusive manufacturers of Kashmir willow bats. According to them, this misleading statement had a negative effect on the businesses of its members, resulting in lower sales and harm to the industry’s reputation in Kashmir for producing bats.
