“Stone Cold” Singer Demi Lovato is engaged to her boyfriend of one year singer-songwriter Jordan “Jutes” Lutes.
The pair went public with their relationship last year in August of 2022 and got locked in this Saturday 16th December in an intimate and personal setting the couple headed to one of their favourite restaurants in Los Angeles and celebrated it with their families. The Disney star-turned-singer took to her Instagram to announce the happy news relating to the pair. Lovato posted a picture of the pair and in the second picture a close-up shot of the huge rock on her finger! The star captioned the post with a loving note penned down to it “I can’t believe I get to marry the love of my life” adding to the note “Every day I spent with you has been a dream come true and I can’t wait to cherish you forever”. This adorable post left the pair’s friends, family and fans awestruck and people expressed their joy and hearty congratulations in the pair’s inbox.
The pair met for the first time when Jordan co-wrote for Demi and have since maintained the musical partnership, the musician has co-written a few songs with Lovato. Their first-ever collaboration was on the song “Substance” as well as shared the credits for some of her other music such as “Happy Ending” and “City of Fallen Angels”. Their partnership turned romance has left the former Disney star gushing as earlier in the year Lovato commented that her upcoming album might have “a bunch of sappy love songs for sure”.
While commenting on their relationship the former Disney star mentioned earlier in an interview that the pair became friends first before taking the next step into their relationship. The pair are known for their public displays of affection on social media as the actress took to her social media and pinned down a loving note for her beau on his birthday this past March where she wrote: “I have waited my whole life to find you and I can’t wait to celebrate so many more birthdays together you’re a literal dream come true and I’m so so grateful to call you mine”.
