A new cinematic treat is about to hit the screens, and it promises to deliver thrills, chills, and girl power like never before in a world where adventure knows no gender. A girls’ bike trip like you’ve never seen before will become popular thanks to the upcoming film “Dhak Dhak,” about which everyone is talking. The movie, which is being directed by Tarun Dudeja, is billed as a lighthearted and uplifting drama about four women who travel by car from Delhi to Khardung La, the highest motorable pass in the world, which is situated in Leh.

The just released trailer will make viewers smile. This is Taapsee Pannu’s first film. A group of four women who are all unique from one another bravely ride bikes to the world’s highest motorable road, the Khardungla Pass, in the first-ever Indian film, Dhak Dhak. Furthermore, the trailer demonstrates that it won’t be a preachy experience but rather a fun ride. The four characters are introduced individually in the captivating trailer. Ratna Pathak Shah portrays the Biker Nani, who has a unique way of shutting down trolls. She tells Fatima Sana Shaikh, who plays travel blogger Sky, about her desire to travel to the ‘pilgrimage of bikers’ Khardung La Pass, and she makes a promise to see that her wish is carried out. They discover an unusual bike expert in Dia Mirza’s Uzma, a “jugaadu mechanic” who doubles as a housewife during the day, as their bike breaks down. Finally, Sanjana Sanghi’s Manjari, a first-time solo traveller, joins them.

In addition to showcasing fast-paced action, the “Dhak Dhak” trailer delves deeply into the bonds of friendship and the pursuit of freedom. The story centres on a group of daring women who go on a transformative bike trip.

Together, 4 regular women embark on an extraordinary journey of feelings, experiences, and discovery. #DhakDhak is in theatres as of October 13. Recently, the first song from the movie, Re Banjara, was also made public. It captures the adventurous spirit of these women as they spread their wings. Written by Kundan Vidyarthi and Baba Bulleh Shah, it is performed by Sunidhi Chauhan and Jatinder Singh.

Dhak Dhak is produced by Viacom18 Studios, an affiliation with BLM Pictures, in association with Taapsee Pannu and Pranjal Khandhdiya’s Outsider Films. Directed by Tarun Dudeja and co-written by Parijat Joshi and Tarun Dudeja, the film is set to hit theatres on October 13, 2023.
