Fan-favorite stars absent from ‘Mirzapur’ season 3; impact on appeal!

After the bloodshed and politics-heavy Mirzapur 2 season, the series is set to once again create a thrilling atmosphere among its fans. It’s true that the third season of Mirzapur will air very soon. However, the characters who helped make the previous seasons of Mirzapur a hit won’t be seen in season 3.

After winning the title of the most popular series after Sacred Games, Mirzapur streamed for the first time on November 16, 2018, on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video, and shortly after its release, audiences declared it a hit. People loved Mirzapur’s story so much, filled with thuggery and politics, that now its season 3 is coming soon.

After the success of Mirzapur seasons 1 and 2 in 2020, season 3 is also coming very soon. You might have seen the trailer for Mirzapur season 3 by now, but you will definitely notice the absence of some characters in this trailer. The story of the series is as thrilling as the shadow of its characters. From Munna Tripathi to Kaleen Bhaiya, Guddu Pandit, and Beena Tripathi, all the characters and their dialogues from this series left an impact on every side. Their dialogue could be heard around every bend.

Munna Tripathi aka Divyendu (Divyendu)

Who can forget the dialogues of Munna Bhaiya, one of the most powerful characters of Mirzapur? Divyendu portrayed this character. It would not be wrong to say that he had carved a special place in the hearts of the audience with his powerful performance. After two seasons, Munna, who showed violence in Mirzapur, is no longer part of the third season. His journey ended after the second season.

Bablu Pandit aka Vikrant Massey (Vikrant Massey)

Vikrant Massey, who played the simple Bablu in Mirzapur, will also not be a part of the third season. His character ended with death in the show. Vikrant also became popular in this series.

Sweety aka Shriya Pilgaonkar (Shriya Pilgaonkar)

Munna Bhaiya falls in love with Sweety,  in Mirzapur. Guddu Bhaiya also has a similar fate. But Sweety couldn’t belong to Munna, nor did Golu get him. With Sweety’s death, her character also ended.

Rati Shankar aka Shubhrajyoti Barat (Shubhrajyoti Barat)

In Mirzapur, Rati Shankar, who became Kalin Bhaiya’s staunch enemy, also ended his story in the previous season. Guddu Bhaiya himself had finished off Kalin’s enemy. Now, they will not appear in the upcoming season.

Babar Khan aka Aasif Khan (Aasif Khan)

Compounder aka Abhishek Banerjee (Abhishek Banerjee)
