Huge amount SBL’s new webseries HEERAMANDI cast got paid.

The fees of Netflix’s original Webseries “Heeramandi” cast:

Netflix’s original Web Series,Heeramandi was made with a budget of over 200 crores. However, it only received 4.5 million worldwide views and 33 million viewing hours during the 5-day opening weekend. It is one of Netflix India’s lowest viewership for original shows.

It is quite unexpected for a web serious film whose trailer received over 13 million views in a single day.

Though the Netflix series debuted at number two worldwide in the non-English category on Netflix, critical and audience reception has been below average, making it difficult for the show to rebound in the coming weeks.

Dabang star Sonakshi Sinha:

Money Control reported that Sonakshi Sinha was paid a whopping Rs 2 crore for her dual role. She was also one of the highest-paid actresses in the series.

90’s film star Manisha Koirala:

Manisha Koirala played Mallika Jaan, the show’s chief courtesan, for which she was paid Rs 1 crore, according to Filmibeat.

Aditi Rao Hydari:

she was praised for convincingly portraying Bibbo Jaan in the magnum opus project, for which she earned between Rs 1 and 1.5 crores.

Fukrey star Richa Chadda:

Mom-to-be Richa Chadha may have played a minor role, but her powerful performance as Lajjo left an indelible impression on the audience. The actress also received Rs 1 crore for her contribution.

TV star Sanjeeda sheikh:

Afterwards, we have Sanjeeda Sheikh, a renowned TV actress and star, who portrayed Waheeda in the movie that chronicles the lives of courtesans in Lahore’s Heera Mandi commercial district. For her role, she was paid Rs 40 lakh.

Fardeen Khan:

As Wali Saab, seasoned performer made a triumphant return to the entertainment industry. He received compensation of Rs 75 lakh for his tenure.

Sharmin Sehgal:

the niece of SLB, played a significant role as well. The actress was paid more than Rs 30 lakh to play the role of Alamzeb in the web series.

Film Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali :

the director, reportedly charged between Rs 60 and Rs 70 crore for directing the series, which had an approximate budget of Rs 200 crores.

Adhyayan Suman, Shekhar Suman, Farida Jalal, Shruti Sharma, and Taha Shah Badussha were among the other celebrities who appeared in the show.

The drama is set during the Indian independence movement against British rule and centers on the lives of tawaifs in Lahore’s Red-light district of Heera Mandi.

Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadda, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Sharmin Sehgal are among the cast members of this historical drama. 

Sanjay Leela Bansali is the creator and director of the series. He produced successful films for the Bollywood industry, including Devdas, Bajirao Mastani, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and others.
