South Indian film industry is all set to unveil its bundle of entertainment in September. From Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT to Jr. NTR’s Devara: Part 1, check the list of South Indian films releasing this month.

GOAT
The first in the list comes The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT). Helmed by Venkat Prabhu, GOAT, starring Thalapathy Vijay is slated to hit theaters on September 5th. The film will mark its release in three languages- Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
The highly anticipated science fiction action film features Vijay in leading and dual roles as Gandhi and Jeevan. Alongside Vijay, the film features Prabhu Deva, Ajmal Ameer, Prashanth, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Mohan and Jayaram. Additionally, Vijayakanth and Y. G. Mahendran will mark their cameo appearances.
Earlier, The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) dropped its trailer on August 17th. The trailer provides tantalizing insights into the film which created anticipation among Vijay’s fan base. Fans praised the action sequences and the actor’s performance in the trailer.
Ibbani Tabbida Ileyali
Ibbani Tabbida Ileyali is an upcoming Kannada film, directed by Chandrajith Belliappa under Paramvah Studios. The romantic film is all ready to clash on the big screen with Vijay’s GOAT on September 5th.
The film stars Vihan, Ankita Amar, Mayuri Nataraj, Girija Shettar, Salmin Sheriff, Shankar Murthy S.R, Rakshit Kaup, Davana Dhanraj, Aditya B Pujar, Anirudh Bhat and Damini Dhanraj.
The story of Ibbani Tabbida Ileyali revolves around finding, losing and re- discovering love.
Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM)
Directed by Jithin Lal under Magic Frames UGM Entertainments’ production, Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM) is an upcoming Malayalam film. The period action-adventure film is all ready to hit theaters on September 12th.
The film stars Tovino Thomas in three terrific roles as Maniyan, Ajayan and Kunjikelu. Alongside Tovink Thomas, the film stars Krithi Shetty and Aishwarya Rajesh. Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM) casts Surabhi Lakshmi, Basil Joseph, Anson Paul and Harish Uthaman in pivotal roles.
Earlier, the film unveiled its trailer on August 25th in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. As per the earlier synopsis of the film, ARM is set in northern Kerala, three generations of heroes Maniyan, Kunjikelu and Ajayan, all portrayed by Tovino Thomas, try to protect the most important treasure of the land.
Kondal
Kondal is an upcoming Malayalam film helmed by Ajit Mampally under the banner Weekend Blockbusters. The action drama is slated to hit theaters on September 13th.
The film stars Antony Varghese who is well-known for his role in “RDX: Rober Dony Xavier”, Raj B Shetty and Shabeer Kallarakkal in lead roles.
Earlier, Kondal dropped its teaser which created anticipation among the audience as Kondal is coming from the production house which previously bankrolled the blockbuster film “RDX”. The story of the film is set in coastal village in Kerala and revolves around Manuel, who gets into a bigger conflict with a group of powerful men after returning from Gulf.
Devara: Part 1
The highly anticipated film of Jr. NTR, Devara: Part 1 is all set to hit the big screen on September 27th. The film is directed by Koratala Siva while produced by Sudhakar Mikkilneni, Kosaraju Harikrishna and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.
The film stars Jr. NTR in the titular role. The RRR actor will be seen in dual role. Alongside Jr. NTR, the film stars Saif Ali Khan and marks Jahnvi Kapoor’s debut in Telugu film. The film also casts Prakash Raj, Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko.
The earlier synopsis of the film read, “An epic action saga set against coastal lands, which briefs about rip-roaring, emotionally charged incidents in the periodic timeline, also comprises the titular protagonist being the rescuer to deprived and fear to evildoers.”
The trailer of the film is under wraps. Meanwhile, T-Series facilitated glimpse of Jr. NTR and Saif Ali Khan in the film.
