In response to headlines speculating about Goldy Brar’s demise, the Fresno Police Department declared the allegations to be “untrue.

Satinderjit Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, the main suspect in the murder of Punjabi artist Sidhu Moosewala, was shot and killed in the US, according to media sources.

The Indian Home Ministry declared Brar as a terrorist, and on Tuesday night, he was attacked at Fairmont and Holt Avenue.

According to reports from Asianet, which cite American news outlets, Brar and an acquaintance were outside a residence when the assailant opened fire without warning and ran away. After being rushed to a hospital, Brar and his friend were separated, and Brar eventually passed away from his wounds.

The Fresno Police Department quickly handled the problem in response to the spreading rumors, calling the claims “untrue.”

“If you are inquiring because of the online chatter claiming that the shooting victim is ‘Goldy Brar,’ we can confirm that this is absolutely not true,”

Lieutenant William J. Dooley stated in a statement to the news agency IANS.

The lieutenant described the reports as “misinformation” and highlighted the attention the false accusations had received on a global scale, saying, “This morning, we have received inquiries from all over the world due to misinformation that has been spreading on social media and online news agencies.”

“We’re not sure who started this rumour, but it caught on and spread like wildfire,” he continued. Again, though, that is untrue. Without a doubt, Goldy is not the victim.”

The man who was killed in the event has now been identified as 37-year-old Xavier Galdney, according to several local sources.

Who is Goldy Brar?

Born in Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, in 1994, Goldy Brar came from a family with ties to the police; his father, Shamsher Singh, had served as an assistant sub-inspector in

the Punjab police.

According to reports, Brar was connected to the Babbar Khalsa, a gang engaged in a number of crimes, such as importing weapons and killing people. When he arrived in Canada in 2017 on a student visa, his only conviction in India was for small-time violent offenses for which he was found not guilty.

After coming to Canada, he allegedly started running extortion and contract killing schemes for a well-known mobster serving a prison sentence in India, Lawrence Bishnoi.

He allegedly relocated to the United States in 2022 after receiving an Interpol alert against him. Brar was accused of being involved in almost 50 murders, and as of last year, he was placed 15th on Canada’s list of the 25 most wanted people.

Claimed to have planned the murder of Punjabi music star Sidhu Moose Wala, Brar is a close associate of mobster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is presently serving a prison sentence in Gujarat. According to ToI, intelligence indications indicate that Brar may have entered US territory under a false identity, therefore verifying his status would require a DNA test.

His Connection to Siddhu Moosewala and Salman Khan?

His supposed involvement in the murder of Moosewala, which initially was attributed to the Lawrence Gang before Brar’s confession, is what links him to the crime.

At first, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed to be behind Moosewala’s death. But in a later, televised appearance, Brar finally acknowledged the crime, saying that Moosewala had allegedly been involved in Lawrence’s associate’s murder.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan is Goldy Brar’s next target, he also admitted last year. He said that there is no denying that Salman is their next target and that they will keep trying to take out all of their adversaries for as long as they are alive. They will persevere and undoubtedly succeed, Goldy promised; “you will know.”
