Description of Imran Khan’s New Home

Imran posted on Instagram to show a glimpse of his new house in the middle of nature. He wrote a long note about how the house is designed to fit with the streams and greenery around it. He also posted pictures of the lovely house being built in a natural setting.

He said that even though he had not acted as an architect in movies, he did not actually have any real training or expertise in it..but he liked to tinker and learn new things. Further, he said that he picked that spot because it is special. It is not flat, with two streams nearby, next to a cliff, and with a sunset view. He wanted the land to shape how the house looks. He did not want a fancy vacation home, but something that fits with the surroundings. The house is not the main attraction; it is a place to enjoy the view from.

He also talked about how the sunrise, sunset, and the plants around the house influenced how the house was designed. He said that he had spent a lot of time in the first year watching the sunrise, sunset, the streams when it rains, and how the plants change with the seasons at the site. This helped him to create a complete picture to adjust and improve his drawings.

The actor chose not to use the usual building materials for something special. He mentioned in his Instagram caption that after talking to his builder and an engineer, he decided not to use concrete for the base. Instead, he followed the traditional method used in nearby villages; a stone base, brick walls, steel roof beams, and insulated roofing sheets that are pre-made. That’s all.

He further added that it took some time, and it is a little rough in some places. He expressed his joy by telling his fans that he enjoyed the process. And in the end, it cost him less than those ready-made villas that were being promoted around the location of his new home. He said that he is curious where all that extra money goes

He started acting in Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na in 2008 with Genelia D’Souza. His latest movie was Katti Batti with Kangana Ranaut, but it did not do well in cinemas. Recently, he mentioned that he was planning a return with a spy series on Disney + Hotstar, but unfortunately, it got cancelled. Right now, he is looking at different scripts to choose his next big project.
