India’s Most Direct Appeal To End Ukraine War: PM Modi-Putin dinner

PM Narendra Modi is right now on a two day visit to, Russia, made a proposition to finish the Ukraine war which has still been going on for more than two years. According to reports, During an informal conversation with President Putin, PM Modi advised him by saying that no solution can be found on the battleground.

“India has always called for respecting the UN Charter, including territorial integrity and sovereignty. There is no solution on the battlefield. Dialogue and Diplomacy is the way forward” PM Modi told Putin during the official dinner.

During the India-Russia Annual Summit, the two leaders will evaluate the entire scale of multifaceted relations between their nations and talk about views on ongoing regional and global issues of common interests, as told by the ministry of external affairs in New Delhi on July 4 Thursday.  

PM Modi also talked about the Indian’s misguided into fighting the Ukraine war. Approximately 24 Indian’s have been forced into fighting the war after being misguided by the agents into going to the country in order to get high paying jobs.

Vladimir Putin also congratulated PM Modi on his third time win and said, “The results speak for themselves; India now ranks at third globally in terms of economy”. This current meeting is the 16th meeting PM Modi and Putin had in the past decade. 

Modi tweeted that building strong ties with Russia would also evidently benefit the citizens of both the nations. PM Narendra Modi, visiting Russia after a gap of 5 years, was welcomed by Russia’s Deputy PM. 

The focus of the PM’s visit is on the economic schedule which includes coordination in sectors of energy, manufacturing, trade and fertilizers. India eagerly looks forward to playing the  “supportive role” for a peaceful nation. 

On July 9 Tuesday, PM Modi will also co-chair the annual summit with President Putin, have a conversation with the Indian community and is expected to also visit the Rosatom pavilion at an exhibition. In the talks, it’s expected that the PM will urge the President to end the engagement of Indians as military and secure the return of those who are still being used in the force. 

After his visit to Russia, PM Modi will depart for Austria and become the first Indian PM to visit the nation in 40 years.
