The actor from Saltburn reportedly left for his native Australia to attend the next Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards, according to sources from the Sunday Telegraph.

According to a New York Post article, Jacob Elordi was staying at the Clovelly Hotel in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs when the whole thing happened, just in front of the upcoming Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards.
The actor from ‘The Kissing Booth 3’ became agitated due to the reporter’s questioning, leading to a conflict between them. This quickly escalated into a fight between the two people. Mr. Fox was not hurt in any way.

Jacob Elordi has been staying at the Hotel Clovelly. Upon meeting the KIIS FM staff member, he asked the Kissing Booth actor a series of questions. Soon later, however, the situation changed, and a fight broke out between the involved parties. According to reports, the questions that Fox was asking Jacob upset him, which is what prompted the aforementioned confrontation.
A representative for New South Wales Police then verified the location on news.com.au. In his statement, he confirmed that the officers of the Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were looking into the reported attack that happened outside a hotel in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Authorities were reportedly contacted on February 3 at around 3:30 a.m. in reference to allegations of a male 26-year-old allegedly assaulting a male 32-year-old. Furthermore, the statement emphasised that Fox had no injuries.
According to the BBC, Joshua Fox of the local radio station KIIS FM allegedly tracked the Saltburn star down to a pub in Sydney on Saturday after learning about the actor’s arrival. The reporter—whom the actor knew from the Kyle and Jackie O Breakfast Show—got in touch with the young actor, offered him a jar, and asked if he could fill it with his bathwater. This was supposed to be a practical joke, spoofing one of Saltburn’s most famous moments and a now-viral bathtub scene. Things went awry because, as Fox claims, Jacob Elordi took offence at the request.
As evidence for his assertions, the radio producer also played a recording of the actor pleading not to record. Co-hosts Jackie Henderson and Kyle Sandilands were informed by Fox that he had chosen to resign “because the joke didn’t land.” He did, however, claim that Jacob Elordi became “right in the face” and demanded that the tape be taken off. The BBC quoted Fox, who then claims that “his hands are on my throat, and he pushes me against the wall.”
