Seoul: Shortly after completing mandatory military service, Kim Seok-Jin of BTS has been seen active in various aspects be it social media or show appearance. Recently a new show “Half Star Hotel In Lost Island” featuring Jin of BTS is gaining a lot of attention.

Chef Lee Yeon-Bok, a well reputed chef in the Korean culinary world gave a warm, complimentary smile in response to his fine and steady handiwork. Jin is being appraised for his cheering mood even on a gloomy day and hard work and efforts he puts in despite unfamiliar situations.
Before enlisting in the military service, out of his interest in making traditional style homemade rice wine, ‘Makgeolli’, he ended up doing a YouTube series named ‘The Drunken Truth’ (or Jin’s Traditional Alcohol Journey) in collaboration with famed and global chef Baek Jong-won. The global chef and star made the traditional Makgeolli under the guidance of Park Rok Dam, a veteran alcohol artisan.
The chef complimented Jin’s wine and said ‘it doesn’t have the smell of a beginner’s product’. ‘It tasted divine and had deeper tastes than my alcohol’, he added. Being praised by one of the most esteemed chef, The Astronaut crooner bolstered his confidence.
Earlier in August, the singer premiered the first episode of his new show, Run Jin, after his military discharge. The show, which documents his post-service days, features Jin taking on the challenge of climbing Hallasan Mountain. His witty jokes and lively interactions made the episode both engaging and entertaining.
The WWH is widely known for his stunning looks and on-stage confidence. Further solidifying his model presence, he was recently announced as the new brand ambassador for Gucci. Alongside Jin, the other members of BTS have also cemented their status as a model taking up major global brands.
The ongoing controversy of Suga’s DUI incident has put the group into a pickle. Where BTS-antis demand exclusion of Suga from the group, ARMY stands firmly protecting their idols from the cyberbullying and misrepresentation by the media outlets. In the light of increasing hate towards BTS, ARMY launched #BTSPurpleRibbonProject and backed BTS showing their love and support.
Following the discharge of oldest member of BTS, J-Hope is all set to get discharged from his mandatory Military service in mid October. BTS is expected to resume their group activities after completing their mandatory military service in July next year. Fans anticipate their comeback eagerly.
