Jio has launched two Laptop earlier this year. It launched new version in July and in October , That works on Jio Os. Jio also launched it’s new technology “ Jio Space Fiber ” This year.
Jio’s services are always so budget friendly. It is expected that the price of Cloud Laptop will be around 15000. Services like this , cost average 50000 in India But you will be able to use these services at just 15000 with Jio.
Jio is also providing free 5G Internet services to it’s users. In the quarter of July – September , the PC ( Personal Computer ) Shipments included desktops , workstations , notebooks , Reached a record of 4 and a half Million units. This tells a 14% increase YOY ( Year on Year ). [According to the data of International Data Corp]
The cost of a laptop is decided on the basis of it’s Hardware like storage , Processor , Battery , Display etc. Since the Jio Cloud Laptop will run on cloud so the price will be decreased automatically. It will be a Price segment product. Jio Cloud Laptop will be a monthly subscription based service. The price of the monthly subscription is not confirmed yet but the prices are expected to out till the end of year. It is expected that there will be bundles of subscription plans , So you will be able to choose among them according to your requirements.
Jio Cloud laptop will be access to any device , so you will not have to buy a new device for it. To make it happen Jio is talking to other service providers like HP , Lenovo , Acer etc. It is expected that it could be run also on windows operating system.
