BTS’s Jungkook has achieved a remarkable feat by staying at the top of the K-pop soloist charts for 20 consecutive weeks, where he remained at No. 35 this week. The golden maknae has made history as the first Korean solo artist to stay in the top 50 of the Billboard 200 for eight weeks. He has broken numerous records and set new standards for the industry with his solo debut album GOLDEN and its hit songs.

Jungkook released his first solo album GOLDEN on November 3, 2023, featuring 11 tracks that showcase his versatile vocals, musicality, and personal stories. The album was a global sensation and a critical masterpiece, achieving over 10 million sales across the world and setting a new record for the highest-selling album by a solo K-pop artist ever.

Jungkook achieved a historic feat as the first K-pop solo artist to land four songs on the Hot 100 at the same time for several weeks in a row. These songs were “Seven” (with Latto), “3D” (with Jack Harlow), “Yes or No”, and “Hate You”, all from his album “GOLDEN”. He also broke the record for the most songs by any artist on the Global Excl. U.S. chart in a single week, with 11 tracks from his album making the list.
