In a recently shared statement by the Indian film director Mahesh Bhatt enthusiastically praised the Sandeep Reddy Vanga directed film Animal and all it a ‘cinematic rarity.’ He left no efforts in praising the film and expressed his pride for his son in law, actor Ranbir Kapoor.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s highly anticipated film Animal was released earlier this December. The film starring actor Ranbir Kapoor still continues to rule the box office even after weeks since its release. The film has been setting records and became one of the most highest grossing films of Indian film industry.
The A-certification along with the long duration of the film were not enough to hinder the successful progess of the film. And even after several weeks of being released, it still stands strong in it all its glory in the box offices across the world.

In a recent statement shared with the E-Times, popular filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt lauded the film’s entire team and was very proud of his son in law Ranbir Kapoor’s performance in the lead role. He appreciated director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and his style of approach towards making the blockbuster film.
Mahesh Bhatt passed a statement saying that the film was a three hour plus cinematic rarity that boldly defied all the mainstream norms in film. Then the proud and happy father in law went on to praise Ranbir’s acting skills while portraying the character of Ranvijay Singh.
He called Ranbir a unique Bollywood creature and that his performance added a sense of depth to the film which made the movie come to life in a true sense as well as throb and pulse with the primal beat of life.
When asked about his opinion on this collaboration between Sandeep and Ranbir, he replied saying that it is an unprecedented and unapologetic cinematic journey that they had embarked on.

Earlier when the filmmaker made an appearance via a video message on the fourteenth season of the hit singing reality show “Indian Idol” he praised Ranbir by calling him the best father in the world. He even added that his beloved daughter actrees Alia Bhatt whom he considers to be a miracle proudly believes that her husband Ranbir Kapoor is one of the best actors of the country.
He further went on to state that he wishes others could witness the expression Ranbir has in his eyes whenever he sees his daughter, Raha. He said that Alia believes Ranbir to be one of the best actors however he wholeheartedly believes that Ranbir is not just an actor but absolutely the best father in the entire world.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film “Animal” which starred actor Ranbir Kapoor along with his co-stars Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri, etc. has been a hit in box offices around the world. The film has proved to be a massive success with flying colors.
