Mental Health & Physical Health are in Latest Crisis

Recently we all have been through Pandemic, it’s not been that much of time but we all have a new crises ahead of yes. It has not become a major issue right now but it is growing gradually (little by little), and we are not aware of this but it is a very serious matter. I am talking about Our Mental health and physical health.

Since we faced pandemic(Covid-19), So many of us are aware that how to improve your physical health. When covid-19 was spreading in the world most of the people were aware that how to keep maintain their physical health, so it was plus point of the pandemic, also because of the pandemic there were not so many food varieties available to be had. So we only have to consume organic food or home made food so our immunity sure was increased.

The effect of pandemic on our mental health was not so positive. Most of the people were lonely and alone. There were some causes because of the Quarantine, effected by the virus and then have to go to hospital and the main cause was that major number of people were away of their home and were not able to go back because everything was on lockdown.

Present Situation :-

Present situation is not good in society in terms of health, weather we are talking about mental health or physical health.

Teenagers physical health is not that bad but if they don’t acknowledgement of impotence of physical health the situation is going to worse. If we talk about their mental Health it not in good shape. There are so many reasons of it. It is seen that now a days mental illness is a increasing bad thing among teenagers.

Young adults have more physical health issue then mental health, because they are busy in building their life so they are more focused o work rather than their personal life. They lack of time because of their work and are not able to keep their physical health In cheak. 

Old are actually good in both terms physically and mentally. They have lived their life and have seen ups and down. They are free to do anything they want so they don’t feel any kind od pressure to do anything that makes them happy.

Main Causes of Physical & Mental Illness :-

  • Food:- When we don’t have Nutritious food for meal it can cause so many physical illness and also leave bad impact on our mental health that we can’t even have our likewise food that can also cause of stress and pressure.
  • Mobiles:- We spent almost 60-70% of our free time on our mobiles/Smartphones. We started to keep far away from the world so we became lonely and alone. It is also not good for our eyes and we became addicted then it is so hard to loose it then.
  • Communication:- Lack of communication is also a big reason of mental illness. When we don’t share our problems to others they became Trauma, burden on our mind then physical illness also follow the symptoms. 
  • Work:- When we work 8-9 hours a day, after the work we became so tired that we don’t even want to do anything. We start parted from the world and strees come over us. So it is necessary to have rest from time to time.
  • Acknowledgement:– A lot of people did not know about mental health back then. But they are known to it now and it is a ongoing process, they are becoming aware to it.

Importance of Good Health:-

 A good health is very important for a good and healthy life. When we are talking about health we are talking about both Physical & Mental. 

A bad physical health can lead you to in a financial cries also it can lead to you some deadly illness. Where you feel helpless and that lead us to stress and depression.

Same goes to mental health if you are unhealthy Mentally so physical illness will follow and you will not be able live a good life.

So it is so important to have a good health.

Solutions To improve your Health:-

You can go to a doctor for any kind of physical illness and follow the treatment to cure the illness.

For Mental Health you can visit  a therapist or talk with someone, that someone can be your family or friends. A good communication is the key to cure mental illness.
