Fans were ecstatic last month when Ali Fazal released an intriguing set of photographs from his role as Guddu Bhaiyya, and now the streaming site has tempted fans by revealing the series’ premiere date, but with a twist. Prime Video shared a caricature of the show’s main characters in a new post. It included a letter stating that the release date for ‘Mirzapur 3’ is buried somewhere in the photo itself. This time, they followed in the footsteps of the ‘Panchayat‘ series by playing the game ‘Bujho To Jaane’.

The animated image includes the cast of the show Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Harshita Gaur, and Vijay Verma. They captioned the photo, which translates as “Don’t ask about #MS3W; find it.” So, get started!”
Right after Prime Video uploaded the post, fans began guessing the date. In the animated picture, we see seven figures, seven guns, and seven carpets, all of which represent the ‘Kaleen Bhaiya’ reference and the nefarious enterprise that started it all. Fans of the series began connecting the dots between the pieces in the image. While several people said July 7, some included some mathematics in the poster suggestions and mentioned the recurrence of the number seven.
A user also mentioned that the number seven appears three times, which might be a reference to 7*3 = July 21, 2024. While many continued their guessing game, others were just delighted that Season 3 of ‘Mirzapur’ is officially coming.
A netizen wrote, “7 characters, 7 carpets, 7 guns, so let’s say 7*3= 21. Also, it’s a full moon, and the next full moon is on July 21st, therefore there’s a chance the release date will be July 21, 2024” other also had similar comments.

Ali humorously repeated his famous line from the show, “Shuru majboori mein kiye the par ab mazaa aa raha hain (I started out of compulsion, but now I am enjoying it).” Soon after, Pankaj Tripathi stepped in, convincing Manoj to divulge the release date.
At the ceremony, Ali mentioned that ‘Mirzapur 3’ will retain the essence of its first season. He mentioned that, while the upcoming season will feature new characters, some established personalities will leave the show. He underlined that the third season will be even more exciting. The teaser’s initial look saw Pankaj Tripathi reprising his classic role as Kaleen Bhaiya, and Ali in a rough avatar holding his weaponry in spectacular way.
The shoot for ‘Mirzapur 3’ was completed in December. Since then, fans have been waiting for an announcement on its release.
