About Luna Ring

Luna Ring is a smart ring designed for the finger that helps in tracking daily activities such as sleeping patterns in association with its dedicated app. It measures 2.8mm in thickness and is available in different colors such as Lunar Black, Stardust Silver, and Midnight Black.

It delivers a comfortable wearing experience and is accompanied by a Type-C cable and a charging dock.

To start the pairing process, users put the ring on the charger. The Noise Luna Ring app quickly recognizes and connects to the ring.

The app then asks to enter key details like height, gender, and weight, which would be used to calculate various scores. After the pairing is finished, the ring and the app work perfectly together.

Other Activities that can be tracked through Luna Ring

Multiple activities are possible to track with the help of this Luna ring app. For instance, during your morning walk you can track your walking intensity just by manually entering the start and the end time. It also tracks your sleep efficiency and readiness score.

Besides monitoring activity and sleep, the app offers insights via the Readiness Score, which measures your preparedness for the day based on your recent activity and sleep patterns over the past few weeks. A readiness score above 75 is considered optimal, a score between 45 and 74 is rated as good, and a score below 45 indicates a need for attention. During the two-week test period with the Luna Ring, my readiness score varied between 60 and 85.
