PM Modi to inaugurate Vibrant Gujrat Global Summit 2024 with counterpart UAE President Mohamed Bin Zayed as Chief delegate. This is the 10th number summit and is planned to hold in Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujrat. More than 1,000 exhibitions from different countries are actively taking part in the special event. Also, this year summit will mark 20 years of Vibrant Gujrat as the Summit of Success.
The summit is scheduled to start at 9.45 am at the Main Convention Hall, Mahatma Mandir. Significant dignitaries, distinguished personalities and prominent world leaders including high profile Prime Minister, President and governors of different countries are expected to join the summit.
Alongside, influential personalities and diplomats are too invited for collaborating in economic growth and prosperity. The most awaited convention will stimulate Gujrat as the preferred destination for investment and hub of global businesses.
PM Modi on Vibrant Gujrat Global Summit:
Over the last two decades since the beginning of Vibrant Gujrat Summit, the initiative has been a trailblazer and trendsetter. Thinking big is the initial step towards the big impact. An Indian state ‘Gujrat’ can send an impactful example to remaining states of India for attracting international and multipurpose investments. This is a beginning of new economic growth by harnessing the potential prospects of the state.

Gujrat as investment hub:
Showcasing Gujrat as the hub to attract state-of-the-art technology, scientific innovation, research & development, infrastructure technology and sustainable development. Prior to the summit, Gujrat has promised agreements worth of Rs 7.76 lakh crore or 86 USD billion and ventured with over 58 companies including HPCL, IOCL and Power Grid company.
According to Gujrat government Information department, over 234 Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) are been signed with various countries which will bring out investment of around Rs 10.31 lakh.
Pressing Bilateral Ties with UAE:
The UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the chief guest at the 10th edition of Vibrant Gujrat Global Summit. Gujrat Information Department shared on social media platform ‘X’ regarding the bonhomie between UAE President and Indian prime Minister. Which is a reflection of enduring partnership and shared commitment.
Several MoUs were signed between both country during a bilateral meeting was held between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and United Arab Emirates President. Modi received his counterpart and Ruler of Abu Dhabi at the Ahmedabad airport and the two leaders participated in a roadshow on Tuesday.Mr. Modi who will be joined by Gujrat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, ministers and global leaders and CEOs. Modi met heads of states and senior officials from Mozambique, Timor-Leste and Timor at the Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar. Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Tanzania, Bangladesh, Mozambique, Morocco, Thailand, UAE, Russia, Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Rwanda, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, UK and Germany will take part in the exhibition programme.
Stimulating ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat/ Make in India’:
Through this global summit, it is expected to bolster the progrees of Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhijan by facilitating a platform to associate with international investments and productions. The trade exhibition is expected to represent a dynamic confluence of investment, infrastructure, innovations of multitude productions and manufactures of various countries,
