Ashok Gehlot responded to PM Narendra Modi’s jab on Rahul Gandhi

PM Narendra Modi took a dig at Rahul Gandhi and regarded him as the Leader of stupid people, ‘Moorkhon ke sardar’ at a public event on Tuesday.

While addressing people at his rally, PM Narendra Modi, without taking the name of any leader indirectly takes a dig at Rahul Gandhi over his remark that Indians use only made in China Mobile. PM Narendra Modi called him Moorkho ke sardar and asked him what type of glasses they wear that have foreign lenses which makes congressmen to ignore India’s achievements and its capability of standing independently in the world market.

Substantiating his words, PM Modi claimed that India stands at second place in the world  manufacturer of Mobile phones.

Rahul Gandhi while addressing people in Madhya Pradesh

A day prior that is on Monday, while addressing people in Madhya Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi claimed that the congress party wants to transfer India as a manufacturing hub. He further asked people to look at the back sides of products that they use, whether clothes, mobile phones and shoes, etc, all said to be made in China. 

To grab attention of people and to put his point forward, Rahul Gandhi said that he has never seen a tag made in Madhya Pradesh on products and this is what they exactly want to be, that is to make Indian states as the manufacturing hub of such products and to develop India’s market or manufacturing sector.

After such remarks made by PM Modi, Congress senior Leader, Ashok Gehlot on Wednesday mentioned that PM Modi has brought down the dignity of the position that he holds by using such remarks, as moorkhon ke sardar against other senior leaders from the opposition party. 

Ashok Gehlot criticised PM Modi’s remark and regarded the incident as very unfortunate.

Ashok Gehlot further criticised PM Modi and Amit Shah of using such divisive politics to instigate people along the religious lines also ahead of the polls and claimed that congress fights such elections only in the name of development and people’s welfare, without giving unnecessary religious angles to it.

He further challenged BJP to talk about development that took place under their tenure and the Congress’s rule in any state. He told the media that the Congress party’s sole motive is the development and welfare of the country and will fight elections in the name of these agendas instead of religious ones.

Sanjay Raut claims on Rahul Gandhi and PM Narendra Modi

Shiv Sena’s leader Sanjay Raut while making his entry in the entire scenario. Claimed that the whole BJP and PM Modi is sacred of Rahul Gandhi because Rahul Gandhi has become a popular face now across India and claimed that BJP will be losing seats in Assembly elections from five states soon , including Rajasthan, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram. He further made a big claim and declared that Rahul Gandhi will soon be the PM of India in the 2024 elections.

Madhya Pradesh is set to have its Assembly elections on 17 November and thecounting of the votes casted will be done by 3rd December. The recently heated controversy between BJP and Congress will surely have an impact over the polls and the election results. It will be interesting to see how this controversy and the game of jab unfolds in the near future and whose party’s manifesto will win in these Assembly elections. These Assembly elections will surely be impacting other states elections also.
