Actor- model Poonam Pandey and her hubby Sam Bombay are in legal trouble. According to the reports, the brace has been slighted with a vilification action to the tune of ₹ 100 crore over the fake death trick that Poonam pulled before this month. Ever since Poonam Pandey faked her death to spread mindfulness about cervical cancer, she has rankled people, who allowed her to trivialised death.
According to the publication, an individual called Faizan Ansari( a Mumbai occupant), lodged a First Information Report( FIR) with the Kanpur police. In the FIR he claimed that both Poonam and Sam conspired to fake her death, trivialised the soberness of cancer and manipulated the feelings of numerous. He requested that they both be arrested and produced at the Kanpur court.

For the unversed, on February 2, Poonam made captions. When a post on her sanctioned Instagram handle claimed that she passed away from cervical cancer. Her director also verified to publications that she had died. Still, a day later, Poonam reappeared on Instagram saying that she had faked her own death to spread mindfulness about cervical cancer.
In an Instagram videotape, she said, “ I’m alive. I did not die of cervical cancer. Unfortunately, I can not say that about those hundreds and thousands of women who have lost their lives because of cervical cancer.” She went on to talk about the complaint. participating in the videotape, Poonam wrote,” I feel compelled to partake of a commodity significant with you each- I’m then alive. Cervical Cancer did n’t claim me, but tragically, it has claimed the lives of thousands of women who stemmed from a lack of knowledge on how to attack this complaint.”
The trick was pulled off a day after it was blazoned that the union government intends to include the HPV vaccine for girls progressed 9- 14 in the country’s immunisation programme. All India Cine Workers also filed an FIR against Poonam for the trick.
