The police in court gave an account to the original court that the blood samples of the chick had been replaced with that of a woman on Friday.
However, the police have entered permission from the Juvenile Justice Board( JJB) for recording the statement of the 17- time-old motorist of the Porsche Taycan on Friday.
On the night of May 19, two IT workers lost their lives in a megahit- and- run accident at Kalyani Nagar in Pune when a Porsche auto reportedly driven by the minor involved in the case knocked down their bike, while trying to flee the scene after allegedly drinking and driving.
The teen’s words will be taken down by a DPO and a family member during the statement- taking process. The minor has been has been transferred to an observation home till June 5, but his father, realtor Vishal Agarwal, and forefather Surendra Agarwal have been arrested for reportedly abducting the family’s motorist and pressurising him into accepting the act.
It was learnt during the police enquiry that there were at least a dozen calls between Vishal Aggarwal and Dr Ajay Taware during the sample collection phase. The Maharashtra minister of state for home, Hasan Mushrif, developed on the police findings on Friday where he stated, “ Dr Ajay Taware was on leave on the night of Pune accident and he entered a phone call, he took Rs 3 lakh and called Dr Halnor to manipulate the blood samples. ”
In connection with the alleged blood sample switching issue, the police have encouraged a request for the same guardianship of Vishal Agarwal. For the Juvenile Justice Board has given the police authorization to interrogate the minor involved in the Porsche crash, the Juvenile Justice Act taking the procedure must be conducted with the parents ’ presence.
JJB originally released the teenager, son of real estate inventor Vishal Agarwal, incontinently after the May 19 accident and impel him to write an composition on road safety of not lower than 300 words. But after a massive kick across the country the police recovered their wisdom and went back to the JJB, presumably to have another order that transferred the minor to an observation home till June 5.
This is in relation to the recent bail granted to the juvenile involved in the Pune auto crash case by one of the members of the JJ Board in Maharashtra, the government has set up a commission to probe the conduct of the state appointed members of the JJB and to ascertain if legal conditions were complied with while passing the orders.
