Putin suspecting Ukraine and Tajikistan for  Horrible Moscow attack

Introduction

A horrifying attack occurred at Moscow’s Crocus City Hall on March 22, 2024. What is known is summarized as follows:

Location: On the outskirts of Moscow in Krasnogorsk, at the music venue Crocus City Hall.

Target: Those in presence at a concert featuring Picnic, a Russian band.

Attackers: According to reports, there were four or more attackers who were armed with explosives and firearms and disguised themselves as others.

More than 130 individuals lost their lives and numerous others were injured.

Accountability: The attack was attributed to the Islamic State (ISIS).

The attack, which is still the deadliest on Russian soil in recent memory, shocked the entire country. Russia started a manhunt and captured a number of people. 

Brutal attack at Moscow 

At least 137 people were killed in a brutal attack at a Moscow concert hall, and the Kremlin has defended its security services against accusations that they were unable to stop the massacre. The four men are accused of carrying out the attack and have appeared in court on terror-related charges.

Late on Sunday night, three of the suspects were bowed double as they were led into the Moscow courtroom, and the fourth, seated in a wheelchair, looked unconscious.

Russians paying condolences on the attack site

About 200 people gathered at the scene of the attack on Monday morning, four days after Friday’s terror attack in Moscow, to offer their condolences to the victims.

Even though there were far fewer people present than at the Crocus City hall on Sunday,  a constant stream of people were bringing flowers and stuffed toys to the scene.

Moreover, candles were placed close to the memorial.

There is a Russian Red Cross tent at the site that offers mental health services. 

Suspects Of this attack

The Moscow City Court identified the suspects as Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni, and Mukhammadsobir Faizov. The suspects are from the former Soviet republic of Tajikistan and worked in Russia on short-term or expired visas. A maximum term of life in prison is imposed upon them. 

Putin is so furious and angry that he might revive the policy of the death sentence, which did not prevail earlier in russia.

Though ISIS is claiming that they performed the attack by releasing graphic footage of the incident and took responsibility for the massacre.

Without providing any proof, Moscow has claimed that the culprits intended to escape to Ukraine. Kyiv has angrily denied any involvement and referred to the Kremlin’s allegations as “absurd.”

Tajikistan is scared of moscow

Following the revelation on Friday that the four men accused of carrying out the attack in Moscow are Tajik nationals, Tajikistan repeated its willingness to work with Russia to combat terrorism.

Tajik Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda is seen in a video released by the Russian state news agency TASS on Monday, writing a note in the book of condolences at the Russian embassy in Dushanbe.

President Emomali Rahmon informed Putin over the phone that “terrorists have no nationality, no homeland, and no religion,”

Emomali Rahmon, the president of Tajikistan, conveyed his “deep condolences and feelings of solidarity with the Russian people in connection with the death of civilians as a result of the vile terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall,” according to a statement made by the Kremlin on the meeting between Putin and Rahmon.
