Rolling out BrandConnect and Podcast in India 

On December 21, Google owned company YouTube has introduced two new upcoming features one of them is BrandConnect which is basically for the eligible creators of India and Podcast is eligible for both of users and creators.YouTube designed these two new features to enhance its homepage with various discovering features. The eligible creators of India can make collaboration with brands and also can create podcasts for the listeners. By implementing these features makes the YouTube India platform more interesting and represents the content of the creators on a worldwide level.

Google will shut down its Google Podcast features on 24 April, 2024; and on behalf of this Google is shifting this position to YouTube music as a centralised destination of podcasts. And the BrandConnect will be the platform where selective creators will collaborate with a brand and gain more revenue from it.

The concept of BrandConnect 

BrandConnect is rolling out in India for collaborating eligible creators and selective advertisers of top leading agencies and brands. This new feature simplifies its aim to create, promote and measure the content of sponsored creators. For that the creators get an opportunity to collaborate with top brands and promote them.

YouTube also aims that the creators can discover and explore with the brands and increase their earning from interesting contents. On Thursday in a blog post Google said that the BrandConnect also provides some brand content campaigns for the creators to know the perfect mix of the creators to work with the brands and fit in the frame.

To support the content creators, YouTube also provides a workshop on how to enhance their contents by using the right tools. Besides giving a worldwide stage it offers a spotlight of audience to select and explore their favourite contents, a creative studio which provides the ideas to life and a personally separated box office for the Indian content creators for their obtainable earning.

Exploring the Features of YouTube Podcasts 

These days, everyone is used to the term podcast; it is an easy way to share various information in a mode of content with the listeners all around the world. In addition to BrandConnect, YouTube is rolling out another new feature podcast for the Indian content creators and listeners. After introducing this feature, Google Podcasts will sign off in April 2024.

On the music homepage of YouTube the listeners can access the podcasts from the podcast shelves. This feature allows the creators for easy publishing of podcasts through YouTube studio. From these features creators are also able to showcase their creativity through it. These new podcasts will help the creators to get the proper value of their work and appreciation from the listeners with gaining some more subscribers to grow the channels well.

The listeners can go through listening to the podcasts on demand, offline and background listening options which makes it more easier to access any time. In addition those creators who generate AI for Playlist art are more widely available now.
