Ukraine’s response to Russia’s attack :
The main reason for the Russian airstrike against Ukraine was due to Ukraine launching a missile strike last week on the Black Sea Fleet’s headquarters, causing the main building to catch fire and also left a serviceman missing.
Ukraine’s Defence Ministry stated that this latest attack was “a pathetic attempt” to take revenge on Kyiv’s Friday strike on the Russian Black Sea navy’s headquarters.

The U.S. embassy in Ukraine said that the two countries had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) under which Kyiv will be granted up to $522 to improve the energy system’s resilience.
One of the goals, according to the statement, is to help Ukraine in rebuilding crucial infrastructure as a result of Russian airstrikes on transformers and power plants that at times left millions of Ukrainians without energy last winter.
Poland has been one of Ukraine’s strongest allies in the war, but tensions have lately grown over agricultural exports from Ukraine that have been sent through eastern Europe, with local farmers complaining that a flood of cheaper imports has harmed their own livelihoods.
In spite of Poland and Ukraine having some tension in recent times, Poland will be continuing to support Ukraine during the war.
According to EU Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis, Beijing’s refusal to condemn the invasion is considered a “reputational risk” and is having an impact on China’s image.
