Sajid Nadiadwala earlier planned to make the fifth installment of this comedy series with a hefty budget of 350 crore. According to reliable sources the movie is all set to start its production from January 15, 2024. As per the statement revealed by the respective source it says that the Housefull franchise is close to both Akshay and Sajid Nadiadwala. The core plot is still a mystery and the pre-production is in progress to take the film towards production, which is going to start from January 15. After the questions and irrelevant assumptions about the cast of the upcoming film, Sajid released an official statement, asking the media outlets to make any further assumptions or predictions regarding the cast and to wait for an official announcement.
Housefull 5 will make the Housefull franchise, the first ever movie franchise in the Indian cinema with five installments. In June, this year Akshay Kumar announced the fifth part of Housefull. In his Instagram post Akshay shared a poster of Housefull 5 with the fans, adding this caption,
