Salman Khan’s Rigorous 3.5 Hours Training For His New Role

Salman Khan ruled the big screens during the Diwali season in the year 2023, with his blockbuster movie “Tiger 3”. The movie was a massive hit at the box office and fans celebrated the success of their beloved star. The actor decided not to keep his fans waiting any longer and soon announced another project. He is currently working with Dharma Productions for his next starrer “The Bull”.

The team had already started the movie-making process with the very special mahurat shot on 29 December 2023 in Mumbai. The film is planned to be the actor’s 2025 Eid gift for his beloved fans. The “Sultan” actor has been going through rigorous physical prep including special training with the paramilitary forces.

As per sources, the actor has been cast in the role of Brigadier Farukh Bulsara who led Operation Cactus in the year 1988 in the Maldives. He is to be a paramilitary officer in the Karan Johar-produced movie which will be filmed starting February this year.

It was also reported that the actor has been going through an extensive 3.5 hours of daily training with a minimal change in his overall diet. He has been working very hard to fit into the role of the character as well as meet the requirements before the film begins its shoot.

Vishnu Vardhan is the director of “The Bull” and the movie is expected to have many exciting moments for the audience. It will be focused on the November 3, 1988, Operation Cactus where the Indian armed forces assisted the Maldives and protected it.

The Maldives was a target of a coup attempt led by businessman Abdullah Luthufi and the People’s Liberation Organisation of Tamil Eelam (PLOTE). The Indian armed forces were successful in efficiently neutralizing the mercenaries and were able to restore control to President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom’s government within just hours of launching the operation.

1.1 Salman Khan And Karan Johar Reunite After 25 Years

After over 25 years of not working together, two of the most powerful forces of the Indian film industry have finally joined hands to begin a new project. Actor, Salman Khan and filmmaker Karan Johar have decided to finally collaborate again for a new exciting project.

Shershaah Helmer Vishnuvardhan is positioned as the director of the new upcoming movie “The Bull” whose shooting shall be started in February. The unification of the Khan-Johar duo to work on a full-length movie is driving fans crazy excited. After all, both the stars are critically acclaimed in the world of Bollywood.

Despite sharing a close relationship and being such prominent figures the duo has never worked together apart from Salman’s significant cameo in the 1988 Shahrukh Khan starrer “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” directed by Karan.

Their bond has always been strong and the actor has also appeared in Karan’s talk show “Koffee with Karan” a few times.

1.2 About “The Bull”

The upcoming Shershaah Helmer Vishnuvardhan directorial “The Bull” is set to begin its shooting in February this year. According to reports, Salman Khan will be playing the role of a paramilitary officer in the film and the entire film is to be based on real-life events.

The movie will depict the events that took place in the terror attacks in Malé, Maldives on November 3, 1988. The attack or coup is commonly known as Badi Buraasfathi or Gun Thursday among the locals residing there.The film is highly anticipated by the audiences as it will unveil the heroism and courage shown by the Indian armed forces in Operation Cactus which was launched during the attacks. Victory was ensured and so was the protection of the Maldives within hours of launching the attack by India.
