Ahead of CES on January 8, 2024, Samsung unveils a brand-new 8K OLED TV with AI capabilities along with other lines of MICRO LED, OLED, and Lifestyle displays.
A next-generation AI processor has also been unveiled by the company that intends to transform smart display capabilities. The new lineups, which seek to empower and inspire individual lives and revolutionize the AI screen age, provide better picture and sound quality, AI-powered capabilities, and Samsung Knox security.
Samsung’s New Lightwarp Projectors and Technology :
Premiere 5, Premiere 7, Premiere 9, and Premiere 8K are the four projectors that Samsung will be introducing during the CES event. The innovative Lightwarp function, which turns any item into an interactive display surface, is included with all models.
Certain technologies are shared by goods such as Amazon Glow. The Samsung Gaming Hub, which allows cloud game streaming, is part of the projector series. The line has a screen-off mode and doubles as smart speakers.
Samsung Electronics’ President Highlights :
With an emphasis on AI screens driven by on-device technologies, Samsung Electronics’ President and Head of Visual Display Business, SW Yong, highlights that displays should improve our lives both on and off the screen.
The main feature of these displays is to link all connected devices for a more diverse and flexible lifestyle, making them the focal point of the homes they belong to.

Neo QLED TV and Screen Lineup :
Improved accessibility features are included in Samsung’s latest TV range. One such feature is the first on-device TV feature that uses AI and OCR technology for integrated subtitles.
With its customisable user interface and voice guidance, the Remote for Barrier Free software enables people with physical, visual, or aural impairments to operate televisions using smartphones. With regular and Relumino Mode displays, Relumino Together Mode enables poor vision users to enjoy TV shows, films and games without the need for wearable technology.
Transparent MICRO LED Display Technology :
With its groundbreaking transparent MICRO LED screen technology, Samsung has unveiled many screen configuration options. With a microscopic MICRO LED chip and a precise manufacturing process that removes seams and light refraction, the screen looks like transparent glass and produces crisp, unobstructed pictures that are appropriate for both residential as well as commercial settings.
Users may customize the form, size, and aspect ratio of the displays to match any room thanks to the modular architecture. Thanks to its research and development, Samsung has successfully reduced brightness loss by directly depositing LED chip operating circuits on glass using a technique based on semiconductor technology.
Because Micro LEDs have better brightness values than transparent OLED panels and are less susceptible to natural light, Samsung is pushing them. The business is concentrating on employing them in B2B and residential settings. The present non-transparent Micro LED panel, on the other hand, costs more than one crore in India and was introduced in August.
