The 30th Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards will be hosted in Los Angeles, California. It will be streamed live for the very first time on Netflix’s YouTube channel on February 24,2024 at 6:30 A.M according to Indian Standard Time. 

A brief on Screen Actors Guild Awards

The Screen Actors Guild (SAG) award was established in 1995 to honor exceptional roles in primetime television and motion pictures. This year the award will be presented to the outstanding performers of 2023. It is one of the most important award shows, after Oscars in the Hollywood film industry.

The statuette is named “The Actor” and depicts a nude male figure carrying both a tragic and comedic mask.

The 30th SAG Awards will be directed by Alex Rudzinski, while Silent House Productions will produce it for the first time.

On January 10, 2024, Kumail Nanjiani and Issa Rae revealed the list of nominees. 5 nominees are selected under each category. Oppenheimer and Barbie have the most nominations Screen Actors Guild Awards.
