The teaser of the much anticipated film project of this year, directed by renowned talented director Rajkumar Hirani and featuring the Bollywood Superstar has been unveiled as a treat for the Bollywood superstar’s fans on the account of his Birthday.

The film’s first glimpse by way of its teaser was dropped on the social media platform X which was earlier called as twitter, has received a highly positive review and response from the audiences. 

Several enthusiastic users took to the platform to wish the iconic superstar on his Birthday and also to give a positive response for his Dunki teaser. 

Many viewers also quoted that Dunki seems to be an excitingly interesting project by talented director Rajkumar Hirani as always and is surely going to be one of the most fun filled, drama oriented , full of romance and thrill as well 

About Shahrukh Khan starrer Dunki 

Dunki is a narrative by Director Rajkumar Hirani that strongly depicts the story of four friends who are set to explore their lives and embark on a journey to pursue their dreams on foreign shores.

In the film Dunki, Bollywood Heartthrob pairing of Shahrukh Khan with Rajkumar Hirani was a much anticipated thing when director Rajkumar Hirani had mentioned in one of his interviews that he wanted to cast Shahrukh Khan for the role in his most iconic film, Munnabhai MBBS. However the dream never came to fruition but now is the time when the duo is set to come to enthral the audiences with their stellar act in Dunki where they explore the story to the highest desirable end for the audiences. 

The film has drawn real life experiences across diverse characters and stories and the film’s cast comprises of stellar actors like Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Anil Grover, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kocchar and the Bollywood Heartthrob Shahrukh Khan

Bollywood Heartthrob Shahrukh Khan plays the character named Hardy, who deliberately as well as desperately wants to move to London with his set of friends. Taapsee Pannu plays the Character of Hardy’s friend ,named Manu while Vicky Kaushal plays the character named Sukhi. 

The film is set against a backdrop of Punjab where all of these characters are buddies and have a dream of going abroad to settle there, explore their lives and career and make a mark over there.

The opening scene of the teaser shows a set of friends walking together across a desert. They are all dressed in Black attires and a suspicious man looks at them and shoots at them .The teaser also shows talented actor Boman Irani in the film as a supreme supporting character. 

The film is totally different from the violence oriented films Pathaan and Jawan that Shahrukh has done in this year. 

The film however retains the patriotic theme that Shahrukh has left unpacked all these years.

This amazing film is co-produced by Jio Studios and Red Chillies Entertainment while Director Raju Hirani has promised to take the audiences on an emotional roller coaster ride to give the audience an emotional experience of happiness and heartbreak. 

The screenplay of the film is beautifully crafted by Rajkumar Hirani, Kanika Dhillion and Abhijaat Joshi. The film is all set to release on December 22nd ,2023. Nonetheless, it is indeed going to be the best visual treat the audiences shall have at the end of this year on a very happy note. 

With it’s release this film will mark the third instalment of Shahrukh Khan for the year 2023 ,following his super hits of the year Pathaan and Jawan. The films release date is surely set to clash with the south star Prabhas and his film Sellar which is also going to be released on December 22nd ,2023.
