Showstopper Madhuri Dixit
The Most Loved Heroine from the 90s, walked the ramp on Day 5. She was the Showstopper for Ranna Gill. Madhuri Dixit wore a stunning Black Pantsuit with floral designs, which looked stunning and complimented her. The designer talked about their work. The Collection that Madhuri Dixit wore is called “Urban Prairie”. The designer further explains that Urban Prairie is a lady, who lives an urban life but her head is always stuck in a prairie. Madhuri Dixit was their Prairie for the night.
The Amazing Singer Sushant Divgikar
Rani Ko-HE-Nur opened the show for a new age designer, Mohit Rai’s Label (ITRH). She looked absolutely stunning wearing a golden gown with slit as she performed the song ‘Mayya Mayya’.
One very Important Fact about Sushant Divgikar is that she is the first real trans person to be casted in an Indian Cinema Film, rather than an actor. She made her debut in Bollywood with movie ‘Thank you for Coming’.
Lakme Fashion Week 2024
Lakme Fashion Week took place from 13 March to 17 March, in Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
On 13th March the week started with INIFD’s Gennext show.
