People are talking about Sonakshi Sinha possibly getting married to Zaheer Iqbal. The news has everyone excited and talking, including the media and her family. Sonakshi talked about these rumours in a recent interview.

There is a talk going on that Sonakshi Sinha could be marrying her actor boyfriend, Zaheer Iqbal, on June 23. And now, an old interview of hers where she denied these wedding rumours has popped up online.

What Sonakshi Sinha mentioned in an interview

In an interview with iDiva, the actor talked about the rumours and said that it is not someone else’s business. It is her own decision, so she does not  get why everyone is so interested. She added that people ask her about getting married more than her own parents do, which she finds pretty funny. She said that the current situation is such that it has become a daily routine to listen to such rumours.  It does not  bother her anymore. She said that people are interested to know every detail about it and she further questioned what can be done about it.

Luv Sinha’s response to the questions about sister’s wedding rumours

Luv Sinha, Sonakshi Sinha’s brother was also brought to the limelight to confirm the accuracy of the rumours about his sister’s wedding. He felt the same way when asked by the media. He chose not to say anything and told Hindustan Times that he would not be commenting. He recommended hearing about it from Sonakshi or Zaheer instead. 

Views of Shatrughan Sinha about the rumours of his daughter’s wedding

Sonakshi’s dad, famous actor Shatrughan Sinha, had a different view. Earlier, he spoke up about Sonakshi’s wedding with Zaheer Iqbal. In an interview with Zoom, he mentioned that he is currently in Delhi since the declaration of the election results. He has not chatted with anyone about his daughter’s wedding plans. He added that he was not officially told about the wedding plans and said that he only knows what he has read in the media.

He also mentioned when Sonakshi will talk about it with him, then he and his wife would support them and give their blessings. They always want her to be happy. He added that they have full faith in her judgement and she would not do anything against the law. He further said that as an adult, Sonakshi has the right to make her own choices.

Wedding Details

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding festivities will happen at Bastian in Mumbai on June 23, as per the rumours. The wedding invitation looks like a magazine cover with the words ‘the rumours are true’ on it. Besides their close pals and family, the whole Heeramandi crew got invited to the wedding, as per sources.
