Flash floods have caused a State of emergency in New York as the city experiences horrible flash floods. The city’s subway systems, streets and highways have flooded and terminal at an airport closed on Friday.
Governor Hochul said it’s a dangerous life threatening situation and so it is declared a state of emergency. She announced it on her X formerly known as Twitter page.
She asked the people to stay safe and not to travel on flooded roads.
Flooding caused major disruption across the cities and it was difficult to move on streets.
