During a podcast interview with Samdish Bhatia, Arshad Warsi openly criticized Prabhas’s portrayal in the film, stating, “Prabhas, I am really sad, why was he… he was like a joker. Why? I want to see a Mad Max. I want to see Mel Gibson over there. Tumne usko kya bana dia yaar. Kyu karte ho aisa mujhe nahi samajh mein aata (What have you made of it? Why do they do such things I never understand).”

The comments sparked outrage among Prabhas’s ardent fan base, who took to social media to express their displeasure. The uproar led to Sudheer Babu’s public response, where he criticized Arshad for his unprofessional behavior.

Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) handle on Tuesday, Sudheer Babu wrote, “It’s okay to criticize constructively but it’s never okay to bad-mouth. Never expected the absence of professionalism from Arshad Warsi. Prabhas’s stature is too big for comments coming from small minds.”

Sudheer’s defense of Prabhas underscores the respect and admiration that the Baahubali star commands within the industry. Fans appreciated Sudheer’s stand, with many echoing his sentiments and calling for more respectful discourse in film criticism.
