A positive judgment would mean that queer couple would be able to lead their lives just like normal married couple without facing discrimination from society. They will have legal rights to live and have respect in the society. Difficulty faced by the group Most of the Queer people face discrimination firstly at the hand of their family which is quite depressing for them.  They don’t get accepted in the society and often if the families are too conservative they even go a step ahead in trying to kill them.

This is a brutal assault against human rights. Hence supreme court judgment will be welcomed by the group who want nothing but acceptance and Love from people. If the supreme court gives a positive response and gives judgment in their favor it would be a great day of justice for them.  Hence the community is looking forward to the judgment.  There are mixed responses from people about the judgment.
