Announced by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken during a visit to Chisinau, this financial support aims to reduce Moldova’s dependency on Russian energy and enhance its democratic resilience. President Maia Sandu thanked the U.S. for the assistance, emphasizing its crucial role in diversifying Moldova’s energy sources and supporting economic stability.
