A man convicted of stalking Taylor Swift after being spotted multiple times outside the songster’s Manhattan townhouse was set up unfit to stand trial and will be committed to state guardianship for psychiatric treatment, attorneys said Friday.

Prosecutors have said Crowe violated a defensive order issued on Jan 24th calling, he stayed down from Swift and her home on the same day it was issued.
During the trial it was stated that Mr. Crowe was unfit to stand trial after a psychiatric test, and the case was dismissed. It’s now reported that he’ll be committed to the guardianship of the Office of Mental Health to admit treatment, according to the office of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Crowe had been spotted near the songster’s home about 30 times since Nov 25th, according to court documents.
” We’re pleased that all parties now agree to the egregious verity that Mr. Crowe is too ill to do, and that he requires treatment, not jail,” Katherine LeGeros Bajuk of New York County Defender Services said in a set statement.” We look forward to icing Mr.Crowe is handed the psychiatric treatment and probative social services he needs to achieve a successful and stable reentry into society.”
