The English football league system consists of the Premier League, which is the top tier and has released the Premier League fixtures for the next season. It follows a promotion and relegation system with the English Football League (EFL). The season typically spans from August to May, during which each team competes in 38 matches. These matches include two games against each other team, one at home and one away. The schedule for all 380 matches has been officially verified. The majority of games take place on weekends. 

The battle between Manchester United and Fulham on August 16, will open the 2024-2025 Premier League season. All matches in the final last premier league round will occur on May 25. One of the opening weekend’s highly anticipated matches features Chelsea and Manchester City head-to-head in a blockbuster fixture. Soccer fans and supporters of the Premier League around the world are eagerly looking forward to the thrilling matches scheduled ahead.

The summer transfer window for the Premier League in 2024 started on Friday, June 14, aligning with the beginning of Euro 2024. It will conclude on August 30.  Manchester City were crowned Premier League champions for a fourth consecutive time following their 3-1 win over West Ham United on the final matchday of the 2023-24 Premier League season.
