While we were gossiping about Taylor Swift and getting ready for Friday night, Gwen Stefani, 54, was giving her acceptance speech for her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, yesterday.
The singer and songwriter was accompanied by her husband, Blake Shelton, 47, and her three sons, Kingston, 17, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 9, as she celebrated this special moment.
The entire family was sitting together with Stefani’s younger sons in matching blue suits and the elder one in a striped suit while the singer herself appeared in a sparkly silver dress, adorned with dangling stars on her bell sleeves and the bottom of the skirt. Red lips, blond hair in a ponytail, and matching silver boots completed her look.

The ceremony was officiated by the Chairman of the Board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Matt Fritch. The MC for the event was Ellen K as she started the ceremony with “This is bananasss” Ellen congratulated and welcomed the star, Gwen Stefani to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Gwen Stefani has the 2764th star number on the Walk of Fame in the category of recording. She went on to speak a few words about the honorary, about her debut solo album, ‘Music Baby’. Gwen Stefan has sold more than 60 million units worldwide to date and over 10 billion streams and is a multiplatinum solo artist.
The ceremony proceeded as three friends of Gwen came up on stage and spoke a few words about her. The first one to speak was Jimmy Iovine, the record label founder entrepreneur, and music executive, with whom Gwen Stefani began her musical journey.
Irving Azoff was the second speaker, the entertainment executive, who will be getting his own Walk of Fame star in 2024.
And finally, the last speaker to say a few words about the honorary, was the love of her life, Blake Shelton.
Blake Shelton went on to describe the first time they met. He said that she was nothing like other famous celebrities at the time. She used to drive herself in a black minivan instead of having drivers and didn’t walk around with security instead, had her children around her.
He expressed his love and pride for her as she received her Star on the Walk of Fame. Gwen did shed a few tears but it was all happy.
After receiving the resolution from the city of Los Angeles from the CEO of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce himself, he declared it, Gwen Stefani Day in Hollywood.
It was then time for Gwen to say a few words on the occasion and she expressed how unbelievable it all felt. She spoke about how Jimmy always believed in her and said to her the first time they worked together, “You are gonna be a star.” She gave a speech of gratitude for all the people she worked with and the loved ones in her life. The ‘The Voice’ coach was happy and confident, with gratitude in her heart as she spoke.

And finally, it was time to unveil the star! The star kneeled right in front of the star while her husband, both the music executives that she worked with, and Ellen stood behind her. The star is unveiled by the CEO of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the crowd cheers.
Cameras start flashing as the star poses in front of her star.
She clicks pictures with her husband, the CEO, and all the guests present there before giving a sexy lying pose right in front of the star. The family pictures get taken and Gwen enjoys it thoroughly.
